B2B Influence Strategy workshop for IGCC at Skoda VW Pune

Suhasini Kirloskar recently conducted a workshop on B2B Influence Strategy: ‘Principles of Influence: What Really Persuades People to Take Action’  for members of the Indo-German Chamber of Commerce (IGCC), bringing together more than 40 professionals from a diverse range of industries across Pune. Hosted by Škoda Auto Volkswagen India, the session explored how cognitive biases, decision heuristics, and principles of influence shape buying behavior and impact marketing, sales, and communication outcomes.

The workshop moved beyond theory to examine practical applications of behavioral economics in B2B environments. Participants discussed how organizations can create more persuasive marketing content, improve sales conversations, and better align their messaging with the way customers actually make decisions. Through real-world examples and interactive discussions, attendees gained actionable insights into the psychology behind influence and decision-making.

The program received highly positive feedback from participants, many of whom appreciated the relevance of the concepts and their direct applicability to business challenges. The strong engagement throughout the session reflected a growing interest among industry leaders in understanding the behavioral drivers that influence customer choices and commercial outcomes.
