    We have enabled three mid-sized technology companies to rebrand. These companies grew over the years, mainly responding to opportunities that they came across. Then they realized that they don’t convey any strong differentiation against competitors.

    We worked with them to define their business objectives, and the kind of projects and customers they would like to have, going forward. We also helped them define their strengths and uniqueness. Based on these intense discussions with them, and our research on the market segments, we gave each of them a tagline and brand articulation that would create a strong brand differentiation in a crowded marketplace.     We dived deep into the brand promise and strengths to identify a new positioning strategy.

    We articulated the new positioning through a new website. A few months later, we instituted an annual awards event that reinforced this new positioning and has played a major role in building the brand’s awareness and market presence.
